Chandigarh: Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda has directed all District Education Officers and District Elementary Education Officers to ensure maximum participation of youth and students from the state in the *‘Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue’ Quiz, being organised as part of the 30th National Youth Festival 2027.
The Education Minister said that, as per the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the National Youth Festival is being organised this year on the theme ‘Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue’. The first phase of the festival has commenced with a quiz competition being conducted through the *My Bharat Portal* and *MyGov Portal, for which the last date for participation is September 30, 2026.
He said that any youth aged 15 to 29 years, with August 17, 2026, as the cut-off date, is eligible to participate in the competition. He directed departmental officers to immediately instruct all school heads in their respective districts to encourage eligible students enrolled in their schools to participate in the quiz.
