Mega Blood Donation and Health Check-up Camp Organised in Palwal under

Chandigarh: As part of the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ being organised by the Haryana Government from September 17 to October 17 to mark the completion of 25 years of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s public life and governance, the district administration, in collaboration with the District Health Department and Indian Red Cross Society, Palwal, organised a mega blood donation and health check-up camp at Geeta Bhawan, Kalra Colony, on Thursday.

Haryana Minister of State for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Sports, and Law and Legislative, Gaurav Gautam, attended the programme as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the camp. During his visit to the health check-up camp, he also underwent a health check-up.

Gaurav Gautam, encouraged blood donors by pinning badges on them and presenting them with certificates of appreciation. He said that the life of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, gives us the message of service to humanity and public welfare, which we should imbibe in our lives.

He called upon citizens to donate blood voluntarily on a regular basis and also motivate others to do the same. Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Jainder Singh Chhilar and several other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
