Cabinet Minister interacts with students during Chhatra Samvad Programme held at Government ITI Barwala
Chandigarh: Haryana Public Health Engineering Minister, Ranbir Gangwa on Monday called upon the youth to acquire modern technical and vocational skills and make the most of emerging opportunities in education, employment and entrepreneurship. He said that in the modern era, merely obtaining a degree is not enough; it is equally important for young people to equip themselves with contemporary technical and vocational skills to secure employment as well as explore avenues of self-employment.
The Cabinet Minister was addressing the Chhatra Samvad Karyakram organised at Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Barwala, where he interacted with students on education, skill development, employment and future career opportunities. The students also shared their experiences, suggestions and expectations with the Minister. A plantation drive was also organised at the ITI on the occasion.
