Chandigarh: Haryana Minister for Public Health Engineering and Public Works Ranbir Singh Gangwa said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is working for the welfare of every section of society.
Ranbir Singh Gangwa said this during a meeting with Ajmer Singh, Joint Secretary, Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (HBOCWWB), Rohtash Jangra, Chairman, Haryana Labour Welfare Board, and representatives of the Building and Other Construction Workers Union affiliated with AICCTU.
The Minister directed officials to ensure that eligible workers and their families receive the benefits of welfare schemes transparently and without unnecessary difficulty. He specifically directed that eligible workers should receive the benefits of schemes including the Kanyadan Scheme and scholarship schemes on time.
The Cabinet Minister said that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, is working in the spirit of Antyodaya and is committed to ensuring social security and welfare benefits for vulnerable and working sections of society. He said that the government would adopt a positive approach towards issues concerning the interests of workers and ensure their resolution as per rules.
