Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said the state government is continuously working towards implementing the commitments made in the Budget announcements and the Sankalp Patra on the ground. In this direction, incentive schemes related to three new policies are being advanced to promote investment, industrial development, employment and entrepreneurship in the state.
A meeting of the Standing Finance Committee was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini in Chandigarh on Wednesday. The meeting discussed incentive schemes and financial provisions related to the Haryana Agribusiness and Food Processing Policy-2026, Haryana Progressive MSME and Export Promotion Policy-2026 and Make in Haryana Industrial Policy-2026, with the objective of promoting investment, industrial development, the MSME sector, agri-based industries and food processing in the state.
The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that no investor is required to make unnecessary visits to government offices. Before issuing eligibility certificates, complete verification of the relevant investment, employment, documents and project eligibility must be carried out, and transparency must be ensured throughout the process.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made it clear at the meeting that the benefits of all three policies should not remain limited to investment figures, but should result in the creation of maximum employment opportunities for the youth of Haryana.
