Bengaluru: In a long-anticipated cabinet expansion, twenty new legislators were inducted into the Karnataka government on Monday, completing the state’s council of ministers. As part of the major legislative reshuffle, Ron MLA GS Patil has been appointed as the new Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, while senior leader Saleem Ahmed has been chosen as the Chairperson of the Legislative Council.
