During the act, one youth was instructing the other on how to hold and fire the weapon, while a third person recorded the incident. Around three rounds were discharged, causing alarm among onlookers.

The footage prompted swift police action. Authorities have identified the accused as Harjap Singh of Sector 32A and Mohit Khanna, but both remain at large. The incident reportedly occurred near Shivpuri Chowk, although the exact date of the recording is still unknown.
