Shimla: Governor Kavinder Gupta along with Lady Governor Bindu Gupta and family members today paid obeisance at the revered Lalbaugcha Raja during the ongoing Ganeshotsav celebrations in Mumbai.
The Governor offered prayers before Lord Ganesha and sought blessings for the peace, prosperity and well-being of the people of Himachal Pradesh and the nation.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta said that Ganeshotsav is a celebration of India’s rich spiritual and cultural traditions, reflecting the timeless values of devotion, faith, social harmony and collective participation. He said the festival beautifully brings people together beyond social and regional boundaries and strengthens the spirit of unity and brotherhood.
Kavinder Gupta extended his warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Ganeshotsav and prayed to the Lord Ganesha to bless the country with peace, progress, prosperity and happiness.
