Haryana Shines at International Trade Fair, Wins Gold for Cleanest Pavilion

Chandigarh: Haryana has won the Gold Medal for Clean Pavilion at the International Trade Fair-2025 held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Medals were awarded in different categories at the fair, and Haryana Pavilion clinched the top honour in the Clean Pavilion category.

Providing information, Pavilion Director Anil Chaudhary stated that under the guidance of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and the leadership of Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, Chief Administrator Shyamal Mishra and Administrator Vinay Pratap Singh, the International Trade Fair was successfully concluded. The 44th International Trade Fair, held from 14th to 27th November for 14 days, saw the Haryana Pavilion become a major centre of attraction for visitors. The pavilion showcased glimpses of Haryanvi culture, ongoing innovation, and development in the state. After the conclusion of the fair, an award ceremony was organized, in which the Haryana Pavilion won the Gold Medal in the Clean Pavilion category. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, Chief Administrator Shyamal Mishra and Administrator Vinay Pratap Singh for this achievement.

Director Anil Chaudhary shared that although several new experiments related to art and culture were presented in the pavilion, this time a new concept called “AI Tau” was introduced. The Tau created through Artificial Intelligence entertained visitors while sharing information about various Haryana Government schemes. It was one of the major attractions of the pavilion. As soon as a visitor pressed the button, AI Tau would stand up and start speaking in typical Haryanvi style.

He informed that different stalls were set up in the Haryana Pavilion. Among them, 11 artisans and Self-Help Groups had set up stalls, while 22 MSMEs displayed their products. These too remained a major attraction for buyers. The Haryana Pavilion was designed on the theme “Ek Bharat – Shreshtha Bharat”. It also showcased the Surajkund Mela and Geeta Jayanti. Visitors clicked numerous selfies and photographs inside the pavilion and learned more about Haryana.
