The meeting reviewed the implementation of the CCTNS and the ICJS 2.0, and various technology-driven initiatives aimed at strengthening coordination among police, courts, prosecution agencies, prisons, and forensic laboratories.

SP, SCRB (H), Nitika Gahlaut informed the meeting that on the NCL dashboard, Haryana secured 95.28 points, ahead of Assam with 94.65 and Chandigarh with 92.80. The state achieved full marks in administrative reforms and system integration, scoring 20 out of 20 and 10 out of 10, respectively. It also secured 40.40 out of 45 in operational efficiency and 24.88 out of 25 in information technology applications.

The Chief Secretary appreciated Haryana’s outstanding performance on the NCL and RTS dashboards and commended the concerned departments for their efforts in ensuring timely citizen service delivery and advancing technology-driven criminal justice reforms across the state.

A major focus of the meeting was the modernisation of investigation infrastructure under CCTNS and ICJS 2.0. Officials informed the committee that the Union Ministry of Home Affairs had approved approximately Rs 34 crore for training, infrastructure development, network connectivity, and procurement of equipment for police, prisons, prosecution, and forensic science laboratories in Haryana.
