Art of Living Partners with Haryana’s Trainers’ Training Institute for Special Training Program

Chandigarh: A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Trainers’ Training Institute (TTI), Hisar, of the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, and the Art of Living, Bengaluru (Vyakti Vikas Kendra India). The signing ceremony took place in Chandigarh in the presence of Vijay Singh Dahiya, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Haryana, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji, Founder of the Art of Living.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Sukhdev Rathi, Principal, Trainers’ Training Institute, Hisar, and Br. Pragyachaitanya, Chairman, Vyakti Vikas Kendra India, Chandigarh. On this occasion, Dr. Ravindra Saini, Veterinary Officer, TTI Hisar, endorsed the MoU as a special witness. This collaboration will pave the way for future joint initiatives in multiple domains and ensure improved outcomes. Dr. Ramkaran was also present during the event.

They informed that the objective of the MoU is to establish a collaborative framework between the two institutions to organize special training programmes for the officers/employees of the department (including Veterinary officers and other senior officials).

They further informed that under the MoU, the purpose of conducting training programmes is to enhance the personal excellence of the department’s officers and to provide training in policy, integrity, behavioural skills, effective team building, motivation, Sudarshan Kriya, language & etiquette, and stress management, in line with the guidelines of the Haryana State Training Policy, 2020, and the National Training Policy, 2012.

The programmes to be conducted under the MoU will include building competencies for personal excellence of officers, executive programmes for government personnel, and meditation and breathwork workshops. These will cover sessions related to ethical reasoning in public service delivery, accountability, transparency, and ethical decision-making.
