Chandigarh : The Haryana Government has taken another significant step towards strengthening healthcare infrastructure in rural areas and ensuring better medical facilities for the people. Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini has granted administrative approval to open three new health centres across different districts of the state. The decision will bring modern medical services to rural areas of Gurugram, Bhiwani, and Hisar, ensuring direct benefits for the local population.

Under this decision, a new Sub-Health Centre will be established in village Ghamroj in Gurugram district. At the same time, one Community Health Centre (CHC) each will be set up in village Dhanana of Bhiwani district and village Sisai Bola of Hisar district. These centres will help reduce the dependence of residents of nearby villages on hospitals located in major towns and cities.

Sharing information in this regard, Health Minister, Ms. Arti Singh Rao said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is continuously expanding healthcare facilities in rural areas. She said the government’s objective is to ensure that people living in villages do not have to travel long distances for treatment of common ailments or during medical emergencies, and can instead access quality healthcare services closer to their homes.

The Health Minister further said that the new Community Health Centres and Sub-Health Centre will ensure better availability of doctors, free medicines and diagnostic services at the local level. She added that the government remains committed to further strengthening rural healthcare infrastructure and realising the vision of a “Swasth Haryana”.
