Four Killed as Car Collides with Haryana Roadways Bus in Kaithal

Kaithal: A tragic road accident in Kaithal district on Monday morning claimed the lives of four people when a car collided with a Haryana Roadways bus.

Police said the victims were travelling from Bathinda (Punjab) to Pehowa (Kurukshetra) to attend a religious program at a gurdwara. Their car was involved in an accident near Kyodak village, where it collided with a bus heading from Adampur to Chandigarh. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn, leading to the instant death of four occupants.

Residents rushed to the scene and informed the authorities. A police team from Sadar police station reached immediately and shifted both the deceased and the injured to a nearby hospital.

Officials confirmed that an investigation has been initiated to ascertain the exact cause of the collision.
