Lahore (Pakistan): Pakistan witnessed two separate terrorist attacks on Tuesday, once again posing a serious challenge to the country’s security apparatus. A total of 11 people, including several security personnel, were killed in the incidents.

The first attack took place in Punjab province, where a suicide bombing targeted security forces. The explosion caused panic in the area, following which emergency and rescue teams were rushed to the spot.

In the second incident, militants targeted a police vehicle in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Several security personnel lost their lives in the attack, while some others were reported injured.

Security agencies have launched investigations into both incidents and intensified search operations to identify and apprehend those responsible. Officials said the attacks appeared to be aimed at destabilising the security situation in the country.
