SAD Led by Giani Harpreet Singh to Hold State Delegates Session at Anandpur Sahib on September 25

Chandigarh: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), led by Giani Harpreet Singh, has called a special State General Delegates session on September 25 at Sri Anandpur Sahib, the party announced in a statement from its Chandigarh office.

The session will commence at 10:30 am with an Ardas, followed by extensive discussions on the party’s upcoming programmes and strategic roadmap. Delegates are expected to share inputs on measures aimed at strengthening the organisation and ensuring a more democratic structure.

According to the statement, deliberations will include a consultative process for appointments to the Working Committee and other office-bearer positions. Giani Harpreet Singh emphasised that the party will reinforce all its organisational platforms in the coming days, with elections from circle to district levels to be conducted through a transparent and fully democratic process.
