Chandigarh: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Sunday launched a major initiative to help aspiring civil servants under the banner of the “Free Education Revolution.”

In collaboration with Raj Malhotra’s IAS Study Group, Chandigarh, the programme will provide free coaching for candidates preparing for the Punjab Civil Services (Executive) Preliminary Examination 2025. The 45-day coaching will cover General Studies and CSAT, and is open to all without any cap on enrollment.

Sandhwan said he personally convinced educationist Raj Malhotra to extend this support, describing the collaboration as a “revolutionary step” for empowering the youth of Punjab. He urged students to grab the chance, calling it a milestone that would inspire generations.

Students can register by sending a WhatsApp message with the slogan “Jo Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akal” to 9814711661.

Calling it a golden opportunity, the Speaker said, “This initiative is the beginning of an invincible journey. Success is waiting for you — take a step forward and brighten your future.”
