The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office reported that officers arrived at the scene around 7 PM, finding five victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The deceased were identified as a 21-year-old woman and a 10-year-old child, while the injured included an 11-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man, and a 60-year-old man — all currently in stable condition.

Newark Mayor Ras J.
