JALANDHAR COMMISSIONERATE POLICE RECOVERS TWO MISSING MINOR GIRLS FROM JAMMU& KASHMIR

Jalandhar: Under the leadership of Commissioner of Police, Smt. Dhanpreet Kaur, the Jalandhar Commissionerate Police successfully recovered two minor girls who had gone missing a few days ago.
Divulging details, the Commissioner of Police informed that FIR No. 281 dated 22.11.2025 under Section 137(2) BNS was registered at PS Division No. 8, Jalandhar, after two minor girls, aged 14 and 16 years, went missing while returning from school.
Upon receiving the information, the police team of PS Division No. 8 led by ADCP- I and ACP North immediately initiated a thorough investigation and conducted raids at multiple suspected locations. During a coordinated raid at Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, the police team successfully recovered both minor girls and apprehended two accused individuals involved in it.
