Araria, Bihar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday accused the RJD-Congress alliance in Bihar of favoring infiltrators while showing disregard for Lord Ram and ‘Chhathi Maiya’ to maintain their vote bank politics. Addressing a rally in Araria, Modi alleged that opposition leaders’ hesitation to visit Ayodhya and offer prayers at temples dedicated to Nishad Raj, Mata Shabri, and Maharshi Valmiki reflected their “hatred for Dalits and backward classes.”

Modi attacked the opposition for Bihar’s alleged stagnation under RJD rule, calling it an era of “jungle raj.” He said, “For 15 years, there was zero development in Bihar. No highways, bridges, or higher education centers were built. But under NDA and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the state has progressed with new expressways, river bridges, and four central universities.”

Highlighting the issue of infiltration, the Prime Minister said it poses a major threat to the country’s progress. “The NDA is committed to removing every infiltrator from India, but the Congress and RJD shield them, organize political marches in their favor, and spread false narratives,” Modi claimed, indirectly referring to Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’.

He further accused the opposition of indulging in vote bank politics that “grants backdoor entry to infiltrators,” adding that such actions harm the interests of Indian citizens. “Infiltrators start claiming a share in what rightfully belongs to the people of this country,” he warned.

Modi also criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, saying, “The naamdaar of Congress called the devotion to Chhathi Maiya a drama. They never go to Ayodhya to bow before Lord Ram.” He added, “Their refusal to visit temples of Nishad Raj, Mata Shabri, and Maharshi Valmiki shows their contempt for the faith of Dalits and backward communities.”

Concluding his speech, Modi claimed there was growing friction within the INDIA bloc, particularly between the Congress and RJD. “Their alliance is falling apart. Even their deputy CM candidate has started speaking against the jungle raj they once defended,” he said.
