The theft came to light when the temple caretaker arrived to open the complex. Having locked the premises the previous evening, he discovered the main gate’s lock broken and the cash missing from the donation boxes inside both temples. Upon reviewing the security footage, the management observed the suspects entering the temple late at night, with one individual folding his hands and holding his ears in a gesture of repentance before carrying out the robbery.
Following a formal complaint lodged by the temple management, the Lakadganj Police registered a case of theft and initiated an investigation to identify and apprehend the suspects.
