According to Vivekanand Kadam, Chief of the District Disaster Management Cell, the tremor was recorded at 1:09 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. The earthquake’s epicentre was traced to Patilpada village. Authorities have confirmed that there have been no reports of casualties or property damage resulting from this event. Disaster management personnel and local revenue officials are maintaining a strict vigil over the situation to ensure public safety.
