New Delhi, May 26, 2026: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday expressed concern over repeated examination controversies and paper leak incidents being reported from different parts of the country. Referring to recent controversies related to NEET, CBSE Class 12, SSC GD and reports of technical glitches in B.Tech examinations, he questioned the functioning of the system and said the future of lakhs of students was being affected.
In a post shared on social media platform X, Arvind Kejriwal said reports of irregularities are continuously emerging from several examination centres across the country. He mentioned complaints regarding server failures during SSC GD examinations and allegations that more students were called to certain examination centres than their actual capacity.
Questioning the handling of examinations, the AAP leader said it was concerning that authorities were unable to conduct even a single examination smoothly and fairly. He alleged that the country’s education system had fallen under the control of mafias and that the future of crores of students and young people was being compromised.
Arvind Kejriwal further alleged that such activities could not continue without support from people in positions of power. He urged the youth of the country to raise their voice and take action if they wanted to secure their future and protect the integrity of the education system.
Meanwhile, former Delhi Education Minister and AAP Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia also reacted to the issue by sharing a video message on social media. He claimed that over the past several days, reports related to paper leaks, examination irregularities and administrative chaos had surfaced repeatedly.
Manish Sisodia referred to controversies linked with the NEET examination, CBSE evaluation process, UPSC-related issues and alleged irregularities during board examinations in Uttar Pradesh. He said students appearing for SSC examinations had also staged protests over issues faced during the examination process.
The AAP leader questioned the overall management of the examination system in the country and said students were feeling disappointed and frustrated due to repeated controversies. He stated that proper conduct of examinations was important for protecting the future of students and maintaining trust in the education system.
Manish Sisodia also criticised the central government, alleging that greater attention should be given towards improving the examination process and ensuring transparency. He claimed that students across the country were demanding accountability and fair conduct of examinations.
According to Sisodia, the youth of the country are aware of the issues affecting the education system and expect stronger action against irregularities and paper leak incidents. He said students want examinations to be conducted honestly and without technical or administrative failures.
The issue of examination irregularities has recently triggered political debate across the country, with opposition parties raising concerns over transparency, management and security arrangements during competitive examinations.
