Chandigarh: Haryana State Council for Child Welfare Vice-Chairperson Suman Saini said that the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is being organised across Haryana from September 17 to October 17. The month-long campaign is being conducted at various locations across the state to mark the birth anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She said that Prime Minister Modi has made continuous service and dedication the purpose of his life.
Suman Saini was addressing programmes organised in Kurukshetra under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan on Thursday. During the programme, she visited Baba Bansiwala Ashram, offered a floral garland at the statue of Baba Bansiwala and prayed for the long life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Subsequently, Saini visited the Bal Ashram in Ladwa, where she celebrated Prime Minister Modi’s birthday with the children by cutting a cake. She also took selfies with the elderly residents and children and distributed fruits and sweets among the children.
Saini said that the Prime Minister has not taken a single day off during his public life and has remained continuously dedicated to serving the nation. She said that it is a matter of good fortune for the country to have dedicated and hardworking leadership like Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
