Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has deputed K. Makarand Pandurang, Commissioner & Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department, Commissioner & Secretary, Mines & Geology Department, and CEO, Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority, Panchkula, as In-charge of Charkhi Dadri district, in addition to his present duties.
An order to this effect was issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi. As per the order, the Administrative Secretaries and other IAS officers allotted districts will submit quarterly feedback to the Monitoring & Coordination Cell in the revised feedback format. The feedback will cover a review of projects costing ₹25 crore and above, along with a broad review of overall incidents of crime and occurrences of heinous crime.
The Administrative Secretaries may also interact with MLAs and other public representatives in the presence of the Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police. They may also visit one important site relating to the Health and Education Departments in the allotted district.
