Action to be Taken Based on the Committee’s Recommendations

Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has reconstituted the committee constituted earlier to examine and make recommendations on matters related to re-employment in government services, with partial modifications. The committee will submit its recommendations to the concerned administrative departments, based on which further action will be taken.

According to an order issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, senior IAS officers Sudhir Rajpal, Dr. Sumita Misra and Vineet Garg have been included as members of the committee.

The committee will examine individual cases related to re-employment as well as cases concerning any class or category of employees referred by administrative departments. In such cases, re-employment will be considered only when it is deemed necessary for efficient delivery of public services and for fulfilling the objectives of the concerned departments. It is pertinent to mention that the committee was originally constituted on June 20, 2025, and was also modified on September 5, 2025.
