Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi today paid a courtesy call on Haryana Governor Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh at Lok Bhavan, Chandigarh. During the meeting, the Governor sought a detailed briefing from the Chief Secretary on various contemporary issues concerning the State. He also reviewed the implementation of key welfare schemes and programmes being undertaken by the State Government and emphasized the need for their effective and timely execution to ensure maximum public benefit.
Extending his best wishes to the Governor, the Chief Secretary apprised him of the progress made across various priority sectors of the State.
