Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday listened to the 138th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ in Gurugram. On the occasion, under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, the Chief Minister honoured sportspersons who have brought laurels to the country and the State through outstanding performances in various sporting disciplines.
The Chief Minister also planted saplings at the venue, conveying the message of environmental conservation, and called upon people to plant more and more saplings and remain conscious of the need to protect the environment.
Appreciating their achievements, the Chief Minister extended his best wishes to all the sportspersons for continued success.
