Chandigarh: Popular Punjabi singer and actor Parmish Verma suffered injuries during the shoot of his new film Shera in Ambala. The mishap occurred while filming an action sequence, bringing production to a sudden halt.
Sources said the actor was inside a car when a dummy bullet hit the window, causing the glass to shatter. A sharp fragment struck his face, injuring him. Parmish was immediately taken to a private hospital for treatment and later shifted back to Chandigarh after receiving first aid.
The actor confirmed the incident through an Instagram post, saying it happened during the shoot of Shera. He expressed gratitude to God for his safety.
As word spread, fans poured in messages of concern and prayers for his speedy recovery on social media. Notably, Parmish had earlier survived a deadly attack in Mohali in 2018.
