Mumbai: The security matrix surrounding Bollywood has faced another massive tremor following fresh threats directed at superstar Aamir Khan by the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Coming on the heels of repeated threats directed at Salman Khan, a viral social media post and an audio clip circulating across digital platforms have put intelligence and law enforcement agencies on high alert. The communication, attributed to individuals claiming allegiance to the criminal syndicate, issues an explicit, violent warning directly targeting the prominent actor.
The sudden friction reportedly stems from recent developments in the actor’s personal life following his registered marriage ceremony with his long-time partner, Gauri Spratt. The union quickly attracted attention from conservative outfits and fringe elements online, who began spinning narratives around the actor’s marital history. The viral threats, posted by digital accounts operating under the handles Aarzoo Bishnoi and Tyson Bishnoi of the Lawrence Bishnoi Group, explicitly weaponised these claims. The gang accused the actor of promoting activities detrimental to their culture under the guise of stardom, warning that a response would be delivered very soon. Khan had previously addressed the public noise surrounding his wedding in an interview, clarifying that his wife is a practising Christian who has not converted her faith, and noted that none of his previous partners had ever changed their religion either.
Beyond the film industry, the digital threat script aggressively pivoted to a recent criminal case in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, involving the horrific assault of a minor girl. While the message commended local law enforcement for their prompt actions, it delivered a stern warning to political figures against meddling with the judicial course. The syndicate stated that any politician attempting to shield the individuals involved in the exploitation racket would face severe extrajudicial consequences. The post concluded by paying tributes to two recently killed gang associates, Parvesh and Himanshu, who were neutralized during a police encounter in Bahadurgarh. Security analysts note that these combined references are classic tactics used by the syndicate to project a false sense of vigilante justice while asserting dominance.
With the Lawrence Bishnoi gang already under intense scrutiny for its involvement in high-profile crimes, including the killings of Sidhu Moose Wala and Baba Siddique, as well as repetitive threats outside Salman Khan’s residence, authorities are treating this development with utmost seriousness. The Cyber Cell units of the Mumbai Police are currently running forensic tracks on the viral audio notes and digital uploads to verify if the threats genuinely emerged from authentic nodes of the criminal enterprise or if it is an isolated hoax created for viral clout. Meanwhile, the security tier around the actor’s residence is being comprehensively reviewed as precautionary measures map out.
