Chandigarh: Haryana Cooperation, Jails, Tourism, Heritage and Elections Minister, Dr. Arvind Sharma, said that special programmes will be organised across the State with the spirit of ‘Ek Diya–Ek Aashirwad’ at the launch of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan beginning on September 17.

In a video message on the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Dr. Arvind Sharma urged the people of the State to join this campaign of service, resolve and public participation. He said that the campaign, beginning on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, is an opportunity to take the spirit of service to every citizen.
