Constructed with an advanced all-carbon composite structure, the four-stage vehicle has been engineered to deliver reliable, on-demand small satellite launch services. The cargo compartment on this maiden flight contained diverse commercial and structural test setups, alongside symbolic artifacts including a handwritten postcard from Prime Minister Modi.
