Chandigarh – Punjabi singer Mankirt Aulakh has received a death threat from a foreign number traced to Italy.

The 34-year-old singer, who lives in Mohali, reported the matter to police after the caller told him “it was his time now” and threatened that “we will fix you no matter what.” Police have begun an investigation and are verifying the details of the international number.

This is not the first time the singer has faced such intimidation. In the past too, Mankirt Aulakh has received threats linked to criminal networks targeting Punjabi artists.
