Former Punjab DGP Siddharth Chattopadhyay’s Son Escapes Unhurt in Ludhiana Road Accident

Ludhiana— Former Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Siddharth Chattopadhyay’s son, Siddhant Chattopadhyay, narrowly escaped unhurt after his car was hit from behind on Dandi Swami Road in Ludhiana on Sunday.

According to reports, Siddhant was travelling with his mother and other family members for personal work when another vehicle rammed into their car. The collision caused severe damage to the rear portion of Siddhant’s car, while the front of the other vehicle was also crushed.

Police officials confirmed that, fortunately, no serious injuries were reported in the mishap.

Ludhiana’s Division No. 8 Police have registered a case and begun an investigation into the incident. Officers are examining CCTV footage from the area and recording eyewitness accounts to establish the sequence of events and identify any negligence that led to the crash.
