MANSA — A sense of panic has gripped the Sardulgarh area of Mansa district following the brazen double murder of a local businessman and his employee on Friday morning, February 27, 2026. The victims, identified as businessman Jasveer Singh and his staff member Baldev Singh, were reportedly shot dead around 10:00 a.m. at Singh’s farmhouse. Local authorities were alerted immediately after the incident, leading to a heavy police presence at the site.
Mansa Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bhagirath Singh Meena reached the crime scene shortly after the report to oversee the initial investigation. Speaking to the media, SSP Meena confirmed that two individuals had been murdered and stated that the police are currently exploring all possible angles to identify the perpetrators.
