Dhuri: In a development that drew attention during ongoing civic voting in Dhuri, Punjab Police on Tuesday detained Professor Onkar Singh, former Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, amid polling for the Municipal Council elections.
Professor Onkar Singh, who previously served in the Chief Minister’s office, had stepped away from the Aam Aadmi Party a few months ago before joining the Bharatiya Janata Party, according to political sources.
