Six Dead, Over 50 Injured After Two Buses Collide in Tamil Nadu’s Tenkasi

Tenkasi (Tamil Nadu): At least six people, including a child, lost their lives and more than 50 others were rushed to hospital after two passenger buses crashed in Tamil Nadu’s Tenkasi district on Monday, police said.

Most of the injured suffered serious wounds, including fractures to their arms, legs and head, and are currently receiving treatment.

According to officials, around 55 passengers were travelling in the two buses at the time of the collision.

Authorities are continuing to gather information as the investigation progresses
