Mumbai: What was meant to be a thrilling night for Travis Scott fans turned into a major security concern after multiple cases of theft were reported during the rapper’s concert at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse. According to Mumbai Police, valuables worth over ₹18 lakh were stolen as robbers exploited the heavy crowd to carry out the crime.

Thousands had gathered to watch the Grammy-nominated American rapper deliver a high-energy performance as part of his CIRCUS MAXIMUS World Tour. Amid the packed audience, criminals allegedly moved through the crowd, stealing 24 mobile phones and 12 gold chains.

Several victims rushed to the Tardeo police station after the event to file complaints. Police registered a case against unidentified individuals under Sections 303(2) and 304 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and have begun an investigation.

Officials said CCTV footage from the concert entry points is being examined to identify the suspects. Efforts are underway to trace the stolen items and track down the culprits.

Travis Scott had earlier performed in Delhi in November as part of the India leg of his global tour, produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live.
