CHANDIGARH: The Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains further highlighted that the state government, under the leadership of Bhagwant Singh Mann, has significantly strengthened school infrastructure, modernised classrooms and enhanced teacher training to ensure quality education in government schools. He said the government’s focus on outcome-based learning, regular academic monitoring and student-centric policies has played a crucial role in improving competitive exam performance and creating equal opportunities for students from all socio-economic backgrounds.

He added that the government remains committed to expanding such initiatives across **Punjab, with plans to further upgrade Schools of Eminence, strengthen digital learning platforms and provide additional mentorship programmes for students preparing for national-level examinations. The minister stressed that the education reforms are not only improving academic standards but also empowering students to achieve their career goals and contribute meaningfully to society.
Reaffirming the government’s long-term vision, the minister said the state will continue investing in education to build a strong foundation for future generations. He emphasised that sustained policy support, dedicated teachers and motivated students will help Punjab emerge as a national leader in school education and competitive exam success in the coming years.
