This 10-day exhibition-cum-sale is being organized to promote India’s rich rural heritage, traditional crafts, and handloom products. The exhibition will remain open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Around 40 stalls will be set up by artisans, weavers, women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and farmers from 20 states across the country. The products displayed at these stalls will also be available for purchase.

Visitors will get an opportunity to see and buy a wide range of rural products at the exhibition. Major attractions will include Madhubani and Gond paintings, Dokra art, bamboo and cane products, Phulkari, Pashmina, home furnishing items, and silk garments. In addition, organic spices, pickles, and dry fruits will also be available. Food stalls offering traditional cuisines from different states will also be set up.

A spokesperson of NABARD said that a large number of citizens are expected to visit the festival to encourage rural artisans, weavers, and women entrepreneurs, and contribute to strengthening the rural economy by purchasing handcrafted products.
