Haryana Right to Service Commission launches WhatsApp-based chatbot

Chandigarh: The Haryana Right to Service Commission has launched a WhatsApp-based chatbot to simplify and make accessible the process of tracking application tatus and filing appeals for citizens.

Sharing more information in this regard a spokesperson of the Commission said that this chatbot is an important initiative aimed at enhancing transparency and strengthening citizen services through digital technology. Through this, citizens can now easily check the status of their applications, file appeals under the Auto Appeal System (AAS), and receive all updates related to their applications and appeals.

He further stated that this platform will provide fast, simple, and hassle-free services to citizens via WhatsApp, enabling them to access information and initiate the appeal process directly from their mobile phones.

The spokesperson further informed that citizens can use this chatbot anytime by sending a message on WhatsApp number 6239466937. He said that the Haryana Right to Service Commission continues to undertake digital initiatives to make time-bound service delivery and grievance redressal systems more effective.
