Chandigarh: The Haryana Government is continuously working to strengthen the state’s road infrastructure and provide better and smoother connectivity to the people. As part of these efforts, administrative approval of Rs. 734.35 lakh has been accorded for the four-laning of the Pehowa-Dhand Road from RD 53.00 to RD 54.00 in Kurukshetra district.
Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Ranbir Singh Gangwa said that a robust road network is an important foundation for the development of any region. The government is working to make roads across the state stronger, safer and more convenient, ensuring hassle-free travel for people and improved connectivity between different areas.
He said that under the project, necessary activities related to utility shifting and forest clearance will be undertaken during the current financial year. The department has initiated the necessary process to take the work forward.
