Chandigarh: On the occasion of Independence Day, ‘At Home’ function was organized at Haryana Lok Bhavan on Saturday. Governor, Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh, Lady Governor Mitra Ghosh, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and his wife, Suman Saini, extended Independence Day greetings to the people of the state.
Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Haryana Energy Minister Anil Vij, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, along with other MLAs and distinguished guests, were present on the occasion.
Patriotic songs were presented during the programme at Haryana Lok Bhavan. The ‘At Home’ function concluded with the National Anthem.
