Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has directed all Heads of Departments to urgently upload details of vacant Group-D posts on the Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) portal to facilitate smooth adjustment and posting of Group-D employees.

In a letter issued by the Chief Secretary’s Office, the departments have been instructed to upload the vacancy positions on the HKCL requisition portal within one week. This step aims to ensure that non-joined Group-D employees can be adjusted or reposted seamlessly in accordance with their post preferences already submitted on the portal.

The government has further directed that departments must also upload a certificate duly verified by the competent authority, certifying the correctness and accuracy of the data related to Group-D vacancies uploaded on the HKCL portal. Posting of newly recommended Group-D employees will be carried out strictly as per the certified information provided by the respective departments.
