The housing complex offers modern facilities including parking, lifts, spacious balconies, a community centre/club house, and open green spaces, making it suitable for official residential use The flats are reported to be over 90 per cent complete. At the time of allotment, institutions will be required to pay 75 per cent of the total disposal cost, while the remaining 25 per cent will be payable upon completion of construction.
