Chandigarh: Cricket fever is set to grip New Chandigarh as Punjab Kings take on Gujarat Titans in their Indian Premier League clash at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday evening.
The match, scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM, marks the opening fixture of the season for Punjab Kings at their home ground. Both teams wrapped up their final practice sessions on Monday night, training under lights from 6 PM to 9 PM in preparation for the contest.
Authorities have declared a temporary no-fly zone around the stadium to ensure security during the high-profile match. Spectators will be allowed entry from 3:30 PM onwards through ten designated gates, with special arrangements made for differently-abled fans at Gate No. 1.
