CHANDIGARH: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Sardar Kultar Singh Sandhwan today extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Punjab and Punjabis residing across the globe on the auspicious festival of Diwali and Bandi Chhor Divas.
In his message, Speaker Sandhwan stated that these historic festivals symbolise the ultimate victory of light over darkness and good over evil. He said that Diwali brings peace, happiness, and prosperity into the lives of the people, and he prayed to the almighty that these festivals may fulfil the aspirations of all citizens.
