Chandigarh: The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana, and the Election Commission of India are committed to ensuring that every eligible citizen in the state is enrolled in the electoral rolls. To achieve this objective, a special drive will be conducted across all Assembly constituencies in Haryana to enrol new voters and eligible citizens whose names have not yet been included in the electoral rolls.
The primary objective of the drive is to ensure that no eligible citizen is left out of the electoral rolls. The Election Department is actively working towards this goal and will raise awareness among eligible voters while providing them with the necessary assistance to facilitate their enrolment.
To ensure effective implementation of the drive across the state, 22 District Election Officers, 90 Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), 1,778 Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), 2,244 BLO Supervisors and 20,864 Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are working towards achieving this objective.
The Election Department will organise special camps at all polling stations across the state. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be present at these camps to provide voters with the necessary assistance.
