Chandigarh: A delegation of Kashmiri Hindu Prakoshth, Haryana, today met Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini at Kabir Kutir in Chandigarh. The delegation invited the Chief Minister to attend the 705th Jayanti Samaroh of Mata Lalleshwari (Lal Ded), scheduled to be held in Gurugram on September 19, 2026, as the Chief Guest.
During the meeting, the delegation raised various issues concerning the Kashmiri community and placed some of its demands before the Chief Minister. Nayab Singh Saini listened attentively to their concerns and assured them of necessary cooperation and action, while considering their demands positively.
The delegation expressed its gratitude to the Chief Minister and said that the efforts being made by the Haryana Government to promote the cultural heritage and social activities of various communities are commendable.
