Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has designated link officers for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Hisar Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), Hisar to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative work.
According to orders issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority (SMDA), Sonipat has been appointed as Link Officer-1 for the CEO, HMDA, Hisar. Similarly, the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar has been designated as Link Officer-2, while the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak has been designated as Link Officer-3.
As per the instructions, if the concerned officer remains absent due to leave, training, official tour, election duty or any other reason, or if the post falls vacant due to retirement or transfer, the designated link officer will discharge the duties and responsibilities of the post.The instructions further state that the concerned officer shall ensure that the designated link officers are informed in advance before proceeding on leave, training, official tour or election duty.
