Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has invited applications from eligible government employees to fill 35 administrative, technical and support positions in the newly established Directorate of Future under the Department of Future (Bhavishya Vibhag). The recruitment will be undertaken on a deputation basis and is aimed at strengthening the operational framework of the state’s future-focused governance initiative.
In a letter issued by the department, it has been stated that to ensure the organization is staffed with experienced personnel from the outset, applications are sought from suitable officials currently serving in various government departments, boards, corporations, and public sector undertakings across the state.
The sanctioned positions include Deputy Directors, Private Secretaries, Assistant Personal Secretaries, Junior Scale Stenographers, Clerks, Drivers, Account Officers, Superintendents, Section Officers, Assistants, and support staff such as Peons, Sweepers, and Chowkidars. These posts span multiple functional pay levels and are intended to support both the administrative and operational requirements of the Directorate.
The initial period of deputation will be one year, which may be extended in accordance with Haryana Government rules or continue until regular recruitment is completed, whichever is earlier. Selected officials will continue to draw their pay and allowances from their parent departments, and their service conditions will remain governed by the applicable Haryana Civil Services rules.
Interested and eligible employees have been requested to submit their applications through the proper channel along with a service summary of the previous five years’ Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs), a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and certification that no disciplinary or vigilance proceedings are pending against them. While advance copies of applications may be sent directly via email to the Directorate of Future, final consideration will be subject to receipt of the application through the prescribed official process.
